Bailey began her journey behind the chair three years ago, quickly developing a passion for creating natural, seamless, and personalized hair. Trained under salon owner Jen, she has grown into a skilled stylist and now helps mentor new talent within the salon.

She specializes in lived-in blondes, dimensional brunettes, and long, layered cuts that enhance natural movement and offer low-maintenance beauty. Bailey is dedicated to creating customized looks that fit each guest’s lifestyle and goals.

Outside the salon, she enjoys time with her family, being a dog mom, and spending time with her nieces and nephew.
